⤿ How will the Postman Secret Santa work?
My birthday is on December 25th, which is commonly known as Christmas, a popular holiday celebrated around the world, themed around gift giving and joy. In celebration, I'd love to deliver gifts back and forth from all of my friends to see the honest and excited reactions on their faces as the secrets are revealed!
1. Participants will sign up to create and receive Victor-related fanwork(s).2. Participants will be able to specify ships (or lack of thereof) they wish to receive or create a work of, as well as ships they do not wish to receive works for. You can specify your favourite skin, a particular scenario, anything you can think of that you would love to see in art or fic. Moderators will ensure your comfort, and that your gift requests are being followed!3. Requests will be matched with creators based on these preferences.4. Participants will have around a month to create and submit their gift - there will be 2 check-ins during this time to check in on your progress, to be safe.5. Gifts will then be posted on December 25, tagging your giftee and revealing yourself as their Secret Santa. For easy access, all will be RT'D on the primary account throughout the day!

- Participants must be 15+ to be able to participate in the exchange.- For artists, artwork must be at least a completed work of colored art, with an optional background, or a set of at least 2~3 refined sketches, preferably with colour.
As for writers, fics must meet a minimum word count requirement of 1,000 words.- It's possible to create several gifts for your giftee.- Beginner artists and writers are welcome. This is a project for everyone who loves Victor and wants to give and receive content for him, so the mod team would advise you think about joining if you worry you would be upset over receiving a gift from a beginner creative. Similarly, if you feel like your work isn't quite there yet, you can step back if you'd be more comfortable watching from the sidelines. We encourage everyone to participate, however!- Gifts are not allowed to glorify these topics: incest, romantic or sexual adult x minor relationships, racism, lgbtphobia, and any other kind of bigotry.- Ship content including "Memory" or Robbie is strictly prohibited. They can, however, be portrayed in pieces in a platonic or familial setting.- Participants should not talk about their piece publicly until their posting date.- Check-ins will not require a certain percentage of progress since we understand that everyone works at a different pace. We'd just like to make sure everyone will be receiving a gift come December 25th! However, we expect a brief summary of what you will create for this exchange on first check-in to make sure your gift aligns with your giftee's wishes and does not include anything on your giftee's 'Do Not Want's.- Please communicate with the mods as soon as possible if you feel like dropping out. It's alright to not have the time! This is to give more time for the pinch-hitter who will cover for you to create a work within a limited time, and to hopefully reassign your original Secret Santa to someone else.- When gifts are posted, any triggering content must be tagged accordingly.- Ships should also be tagged! And, because of participants being from both EN and JP sides of Twitter, it's recommended you tag with both languages.
There are a lot of rules to keep in mind, aren't there...? But worry not, dear friend! All of these are relatively easy to follow. Just be kind and considerate, and everything will be alright!Now, let's take a look at our schedule...
